ASK + OBJECTIVE + DIRECTION
Each Umpqua Bank store is unique in that it gathers elemental pieces of the surrounding areas and or historical aspects of the locations to build and embody the essence of being a community based partner. As an in-house designer at Umpqua Bank I assisted in producing and creating environmental designs which were installed within the retail spaces across the bank's footprint.
In the San Francisco location we graphically expressed the story of the San Francisco Mint through patterns of copper dots that resembled pennies and window frits that showcased the infamous and ever common fog that can engulf the city.
In the Spokane store locations we created an overhang to represent a structure from the World Fair, which was held in 1974 and an illustrated mural of  significant landmarks and activities that symbolize and encompass the area.
