ASK + OBJECTIVE
Celebrate elevated style with our new Platform story, featuring a dedicated photoshoot for women's platform sneakers. The focus is on showcasing each silhouette while presenting full-body looks for styling inspiration. By pairing adidas platform sneakers with both adidas and unbranded apparel, we aim to assert our presence in the broader platform trend and offer a compelling how-to-style component, encouraging our audience to refresh their wardrobe with these updated classics.
CREATIVE DIRECTION
We embraced a new platform perspective by utilizing repetition and unique angles in an in-studio concept. 1-2 models showcased adidas platform sneakers and complementary apparel, with dynamic "group" shots created in post-production through multiple poses. The focus was on highlighting various looks and sneaker silhouettes within a single image, using intentional angles for emphasis and style inspiration. Detail-focused images were key, featuring unique angles, repetition, and interactions with set/props to highlight platform sneaker silhouettes. The shoot, set in a clean studio space, allowed for diverse poses and framing systems to build visually engaging layouts.
MY ROLE
I was responsible for end-to-end project management, covering tasks such as conceptualizing the creative direction, establishing guidelines for partners, overseeing photoshoots with the art director, managing image selection and retouching, and designing digital layouts for Adidas's online platforms, including adidas.com, the Adidas app, and email communications.
